Adrian’s achievements have been varied and many, and he enjoys a high reputation as a soloist, conductor, clinician and chamber musician.
A University of Queensland graduate, some highlights from Adrian’s voluminous ensemble experiences have included The Queensland Orchestra, the Sinfonia of St Andrew’s, Seventh Chapter, the Northern Rivers Symphony, Sydney Brass, the Resin Dogs, and Brisbane Excelsior Brass. As a soloist he has been featured with the Brisbane Symphony, the Brisbane Philharmonic, the Queensland Wind Orchestra and the Royal Australian Navy Band.
An accomplished conductor, Adrian enjoys fluency between conducting various types of ensembles, and has enjoyed being Musical Director with Queensland Wind and Brass, as well as Principal Guest Conductor with the St Lucia Orchestra.
He currently teaches brass at the St Paul’s school, is a clinician for numerous workshops and camps, and writes for the website:- 4barsrest.com. He is also a past researcher for RISM, and is currently doing his Masters in Music at the Queensland Conservatorium.
